Garindan the Kubaz Spy at Awesome Con 2018

Star Wars is full of minor characters who might not get much screentime but make the galaxy a bigger place and have their own part to play in the story.  This cosplayer at Washington, D.C.'s Awesome Con 2018 dressed as Garindan, the Kubaz spy in Mos Eisley who tracks the heroes to the Millennium Falcon in Docking Bay 94 and .  In Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope, he was played by stuntwoman Sadie Eden in costume resembling a medieval plague doctor, while his buzzing voice apparently came from editing John Wayne's voice.  Before his real name was publicized, he was nicknamed Long Snoot, which is how Kenner titled his action figure.
