Description

This skyscraper in Akihabara has nine floors of restaurants.  I can identify the Vie de France cafe on the first floor and the Rose and Crown British pub on the second, but I am not so sure about the other seven floors' worth of restaurants.  Most of them seem to be Japanese, but I am having trouble reading kanji.
