Description

For its "Day Out with Thomas" event, the Oigawa Railway painted a 9600-class "Kyuroku" Consolidation (2-8-0) to resemble Hiro, a D51 Mikado (2-8-2) added to Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends to appeal to the Japanese audience.  With the summer tourist season having finished, Hiro has been parked on a siding at Senzu station, its "face" covered by what looks like a locomotive-sized sleep mask.
