Description
In Japan, the Hughes OH-6 Cayuse was built under license as the Kawasaki OH-6J, entering production in 1965. It was used by the military as an observation and liaison helicopter, and could carry four to six people while flying at 150 miles per hour. A Japanese Ground Self-Defense Force (JGSDF) Cayuse is suspended from the ceiling of the Tokorozawa Aviation Museum.

Here in the US of A, it was known as the 500-C, Powered by the Alison C-10 engine. I worked there in Culver city from 11/72 thru to 5/95, and saw a lot of changes to the aircraft. I helped work on the Apache also.
