Description

This Great Northern Railway (GNR) tank engine was a 4-4-2 (Atlantic) design introduced by Henry Ivatt in 1898. No. 1528 and its brothers were used for commuter trains in Yorkshire until 1958, when they were all scrapped. This large-scale model is on display at NRM York.
