At the cosplay convention in Shimizu, I spotted Captain Jack Sparrow posing with Hatsune Miku and another character I cannot readily identify.  Who is the girl in blue?  Please let me know and I will update this picture.  Whoever she is, lucky Jack, I suppose!

That Jack Sparrow looks pretty good, he did a nice job getting his costume together
