This jacked-up Chevrolet pickup truck, which was named Bloodline on the tailgate, was parked at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia, a Washington D.C. suburb where these big trucks are hardly the most practical car to take on your suburban commute. It had South Carolina plates and claimed to have been customized by the "Badd Boyz Redneck Off Road" auto shop.
